Adell has been in the marketing and advertising business since 1999 and in 2004 branched off and started ROI Marketing Company. ROI Marketing Company began as a marketing and promotional company and slowly integrated into a marketing company that provides graphics services, promotional products, printing, and branded apparel. In 2009 ROI began providing PPE to the construction and manufacturing sectors. Adell's responsibilities include holding the position of President and CEO, overseeing day-to-day operations including sales and future direction of the company.
